Our Story

In a world filled with despair and uncertainty, we need more encouragement. Social media has overwhelmingly influenced our mindset and outlook on life, often in negative ways. We have strayed from God’s views and walking in the spirit. Instead of grounding our faith in God, we have placed it in ourselves and in the opinions of others, particularly those of elected officials. Research shows that unhappy, depressed, and discouraged people tend to use social media more frequently to cope.

Rescuing the Hostages Ministries was established in August 2023 as a cyber church to send encouragement to the oppressed. This ministry serves as an outlet where individuals can turn to during their darkest times, providing a source of hope and upliftment through faith-based support and resources. By reconnecting people with their faith and offering dedicated advocacy, we aim to inspire and empower those in need.

Our vision

At Rescuing the Hostages Ministries, our vision is to create a world where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, can find hope, healing, and empowerment through faith. We envision a community where the marginalized, oppressed, and those battling mental health challenges are not only supported but also celebrated for their resilience. Our goal is to foster an environment where faith and compassion drive transformative change, leading to the holistic restoration of individuals and communities.

Rescue

Just as a lifeboat reaches out to those stranded at sea, we are committed to reaching out to those in the depths of despair. We offer a lifeline through the message of God's unconditional love and grace. By leveraging our cyber church platform, we aim to provide immediate spiritual support and encouragement to individuals worldwide, helping them break free from the chains of hopelessness and isolation. When individuals feel like they are drowning or lost in the deep by themselves, we emphasize that Jesus will meet them right where they are, offering His hand to pull them to safety.

Recover

Our mission is to facilitate the recovery process for individuals facing mental health challenges, disabilities, and weakened faith. We provide access to faith-based counseling, practical resources, and community support that empower individuals to rebuild their lives. Through targeted programs and compassionate outreach, we help people regain their sense of purpose and direction, much like a crew tending to and healing those rescued from troubled waters

Restore

We strive to restore individuals to their fullest potential by nurturing their spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Our ministry focuses on long-term transformation, encouraging personal growth and community integration. We believe in the power of faith to renew minds, heal hearts, and restore lives, enabling individuals to thrive and contribute positively to society. Just as a restored ship is ready to set sail again, we prepare individuals to navigate life’s challenges with renewed strength and faith
